  • Global Surf Stays is built around relationships that work for both sides. Our partners receive favorable, straightforward partnership terms, while our guests benefit from preferred rates and partner benefits when available. You maintain control of your rates, availability, minimum stays and property policies.
  • No fee to apply or list. Partnership terms are provided privately during the approval process.

Global Surf Stays is a surf-specific booking marketplace and distribution channel. In the current phase, bookings and payments are completed directly between the guest and the property, coordinated by the travel advisor. Partnership terms are provided privately during the approval process and agreed in writing between the property and Global Surf Stays.

Global Surf Stays uses this to help surfers see likely availability when a swell lines up. Availability always remains subject to your confirmation unless a calendar feed is explicitly synchronised and confirmed with you. Optional — you can add or change this at any time after applying.

Synchronising availability never sends your guests anywhere else. Enquiries and bookings stay inside Global Surf Stays / Global Surf Travels — we only read dates so surfers can see when your place is open. We do not accept Airbnb or other marketplace calendars or booking links as an availability source; property-direct, PMS or channel-manager sources only.

Media permission is separate from availability. Granting it does not authorise us to read your calendar, and connecting a calendar does not authorise media use. When you authorise media that is already published online, we download and host our own authorised copy rather than linking to a third-party platform.
