You send us your property details. We confirm receipt.

UNDER REVIEW
Our partner desk assesses the property or vessel, the surf break and the fit.

MORE INFO REQUIRED
If something is missing — photos, capacity, certifications — we come back to you.

APPROVED TO CONTRACT
The property is a fit and moves forward to partnership terms.

AGREEMENT SENT
You receive the partnership agreement for review.

AWAITING SIGNATURE
The agreement is with you and your signer.

AGREEMENT EXECUTED
Both sides have signed. The record is locked with a dated audit trail.

ONBOARDING
We collect availability, minimum stays, blackout dates and final media.

READY FOR ACTIVATION
Everything is in place; the property is queued to go live.

ACTIVE PARTNER
Your property is live inventory and visible to our advisors.
Good to know
Land stays and charter boats share one review pipeline; only the details we ask for differ. A property or vessel is only considered live inventory once it reaches ACTIVE PARTNER. Applications can also be waitlisted or declined, and existing partners can be paused if an agreement lapses.
Global Surf Stays is a surf-specific booking marketplace and distribution channel. In the current phase, bookings and payments are completed directly between the guest and the property, coordinated by the travel advisor — there is no checkout or card processing on this site. No fee to apply or list. Partnership terms are provided privately during the approval process.
